Reach out to the right scheduler.
Once you're registered with USA Hockey and set up in HorizonWebRef, contact the scheduler for the area you want to work. Tell them you're available and ready to take games.
Who covers what
Games are assigned by area. Each scheduler manages availability and game assignments for the rinks and programs in their region. Email the scheduler who covers the rinks you're willing to work.
NEWHOA does not schedule games
NEWHOA is an education and training association, not a scheduling or assigning body. The schedulers listed below operate independently as their own entities and are responsible for assigning games. We share their contact information here as a convenience to officials in our area, but scheduling decisions, game assignments, and any related agreements are strictly between you and the individual scheduler.

How to reach out
Log into HorizonWebRef and send a message introducing yourself: your name, USA Hockey level and experience. Then set your availability and rinks you can work. Schedulers prioritize officials who communicate consistently and update their HorizonWebRef availability.
